I need help with workouts !! Pls give me advice!!

Hi I am a 15 year old female. I have a small butt and I want to grow it. I also want to grow my thighs. I want my lower body to look as good as my upper body. I have a small waist. But I don’t know how to start with the work outs. I don’t know how many squads to do ot anything. I have seen so many YouTube videos but it’s just constantly squads and squads and I researched and it says squads don’t make the glutes grow or anything. Can anyone help me make a workout plan. I also want to ask what can I eat that is rich in protein because for some reason my mom does not let me buy protein powder and judges me so yeah. Can anybody help ??? I just want to work for my dream body.
