Retrospective Application

Can a student who has suspended their studies (taken a break in learning) from their course due to mitigating circumstances, still apply for tuition fee loan to cover them for their first term, even after SFE have been notified of their suspension, if it's still within 9 months from the start of the academic year?

Hi robyndixonwatson,

Yes, however the university would then need to send a Change of Circumstances through once the application is approved to confirm the suspension date and also confirm the attendance for term1 to release the payment.
