Capita DSA Customer? A Word of Warning

To anyone who has had a DSA needs assessment with Capita, or are waiting for one, please be aware that this company are using a 25+-year-old software system called Salesforce, which hasn't worked properly since it started last year. The software loses students records, appointments, and even their needs assessment reports. This has been leaving students waiting months for their support to come through. If you are one of those unfortunates, please put a formal written complaint directly to your MP. This scandal needs to be made very public, as Capita are being paid millions for this contract.

couldnt agree more. I'm half way though a post grad without any support. Today I've spent 4 hours speaking with capita, or SFE or remtek the supplier trying to operationally manage my own application, because no one there (as nice as all the CSAs) are are able to sort anything.
