Maths

I'm really bad at maths and was wondering if anyone who's done the cambridge igcse or cambridge gcse and has gotten good grades could tell me how much they got and how/any tips they have.

I always thought I was pretty bad at maths until I started university and found out I was in fact quite good at maths.
The only way to get good at maths is to do it really, so I would advise to just do more questions. Generally you can try doing past papers and then see what topics or types of questions you are consistently dropping marks with. Once you identify them, study that topic over and try another paper, and keep doing this cycle. This will help you not only get used to exam style questions, but also be a really good way of regularly checking your shortcomings.
Get stuck, https://www.mathsisfun.com/ is a really helpful site for explaining most topics - and if that still doesn't help I am sure your teacher wouldn't mind explaining.

Hope that helps some

What I can tell you is that pretty much all humans can do math. You seem like an educated person already so I can confidently tell you that you are already one of the best at math in the world. The thing about math is that there's no short-cut, you gotta practice. If you're not understanding, it means you have not practiced enough yet, so practice some. You'll surprise yourself.
