instead of art for higher in s5 should i do crash higher spanish then do Ah in s6

So i have a week until i need to pick my options for S5 and i want to study and live in spain and i want to study law and maybe become a solicitor im not sure the specifics but i want to get a job with law, in S2 i've always enjoyed spanish but for my nat 5's my mum told me to do french which i hated so would it be possible for me to get in A in higher spanish if i were to crash it in s5 with my existing knowledge with french?
the subjects im thinking of picking for s5 is, english, maths, history, biology, art/spanish?

History, bio and math at higher are all quite content heavy - so I’d recommend the subject that you think will be easiest to manage - at the end of the day, humanities subjects at uni aren’t too strict with specific subject choices, just your grades, so focus on that. x

Yeah it should be fine! I had those same thoughts but the other way around (I did national 5 Spanish then crashed higher French) and it’s going just as well as any of my other subjects. Go for it
