Help soon to be 2025 med students out!

Starting medical school in Sept 25 as a mature student, so feeling a little apprehensive about going back into full time study within a course as intensive as medicine.

Any advice on what current med students/recent graduates wish you’d learnt prior to help you feel more confident or better prepared before starting med school would be hugely appreciated please!

Just to make you aware - the link you quoted (which I've now deleted) was for an essay mill, which are illegal.

Just make sure you have a sound understanding of simple anatomy, most of 1st year is a mix of A-level biology and chemistry with more emphasis on the body and how it works etc.
Enjoy what time you have left, your life is now medicine 🙂
