Hey. Congrats!!

I was just wondering what was your gcse and a level and if you did a level what was your prediction and what did your college based on that . So did you do AS offical exams for end of years or was it wholly based in everything so Jan mocks too??

Also do you know the resit policy for GCSEs and a levels it’s my dream to get a place there !!!

My only offer is from SRUC and I'm really struggling to decide whether or not to take it because if I took a year out I think I would be able to build a stronger application and interview better for Glasgow and Edinburgh - I'm hesitant to move away also, 5 years is a long time ☹️

I’m in a similar situation but my thoughts were that you risk not getting in anywhere if you reapply, and then certain vet schools have a limit of how many times you can apply - e.g. Edinburgh. Honestly go with your gut because you’ve got to enjoy it but just know you’ll come out with a degree regardless of where you go

I've just had mine confirmed, have you emailed the requesting accommodations? If not the email address is ( [email protected]), just tell them that you've been accepted and would like accommodation and attach a screenshot of your UCAS acceptance. They should get back to you after that with lease forms if a place is available.

I’ve got an interview on Wednesday for SRUC as an RUK applicant. Any tips for the interview process? I’ve heard it’s a panel not MMI.

Hi I’m in the same boat and am a British student/applicant for the graduate course . I’m learning some interview stuff currently but I think familiarise yourself with Scotlands rural areas for one as they’ll want you to expand on the letter we had to write . Also personalise the questions to you . Don’t try to impress the panel necessarily but just show them who you are as an individual and what you’d bring as a vet . I’m a bit nervous myself to be honest but hopefully it goes well
