Hi. Would you give me on some advice on how you got a 9 in your mock. I am constantly getting a grade 5 and really could use some advice I do AQA English language gcse!!

Hey, so for me, I did an unhealthy amount of questions for Section A's, not the creative writing because I know that it is my weakpoint. The main thing for me was practicing these questions under timed conditions and having a third party (teacher or platforms like these) mark them to make sure i was actually getting better. I went from a 3 in Year 10 to a 9 in Year 11. Also, for the actual mocks, I revised an order of questions that I knew I would get good mark on if I did, e.g. doing the summary with inference (q2) last because I spend longer on it
