Igcse paper 2 maths exam

So the cambridge igcse extended maths exam (subject code 0580) has two papers, paper 2 and paper 4. The syllabus has been changed for at least 2025-2027 and all the paper 2 exams for those years will be non calculator when in the past paper 2 and 4 have been calculator allowed exams.
I'm taking my igcse maths exam in 2025, and because of this, I'm not sure how to prepare for the paper 2 exam. All the past papers of it have,after all,been made with the assumption that people doing it will be using a calculator so I'm not sure if it's even possible to practice the past papers without a calculator. I'm also just really bad at non calculator basic maths.
So I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for how to prepare for the exam, any past papers or questions that i could do that'll help me prepare. Also any resources like websites or something that'll help me relearn basic maths after years of relying on a calculator.
