Physics Students: At what age did you loose your virginity?

Tittle sums up the whole question. I'm going to go into uni for physics and I'm genuinely worried on how hard getting girls will be as a physics student.

i think it rly depends on ur personality and looks

I'm not sure the physics part really changes things, unless we're leaning into some hackneyed Sheldonlike stereotype.

And since we're talking about old stereotypes, I'll tell you now that unis reputation for partying & sex adventures etc is a bit overblown and out of date, I don't think it's really a worry that makes sense to take to uni if you get me.

It could be difficult if you go with an attitude of wanting to 'get' girls for sex. Maybe you could look at it as an opportunity to make new friends whilst getting an education and trying new activities through societies and sports?

I know these are supposedly stereotypes, however after attending a couple offer holders day and having the chance to meet other applicants as well as current students, I must say these stereotypes seem pretty realistic, I can guarantee you that over 3/4 the students there are really really socially awkward to say the least.

By the way, how easy is it to socialise with people that are part of a different faculty? By this I mean, do you think you have had opportunities to naturally socialise with students of other years or even of faculties other than yours? I'd really like to make friends of similar as well as different interests to mine whilst at uni, however I'm not too familiar with uni life.

You won't be confined to meeting people just from your course. Go to clubs and social events and meet as many people as possible. You are bound to find people that reciprocate interest.
