Late portfolio submission to UAL due to technical issues

Hey, so when I was submitting my portfolio on the deadline, pebblepad suddenly crashed and kept showing “unknown error” and this was the case until there were 4 minutes left to the next day and so I couldn’t submit my portfolio on time for half the courses I applied to and I’m freaking out. I emailed admissions and let’s see what they have to say, because I really wouldn’t want such a glitch to limit my choices

Hi there,
Try not to worry. You've done the right thing by contacting the unis as they should be able to guide you on this. I would wait to see what they say as they'll be able to put your mind at ease by confirming if this has affected your application.
In the meantime, try to distract yourself and take your mind off it. I know it can be worrying to hear back about this sort of thing, but I'm sure the admissions team will be in touch soon.

Hey, i did get a reply which wasn’t very clear, they’re sorry to hear that & said they have received my portfolio and will check it but since i sent it after the deadline its not guaranteed i might get in and then said the outcomes deadline is 14 may 2025
It was still kinda vague so I replied back to them, also stating again the fact that since i was completely helpless in this situation, i couldn’t have in any way taken advantage of it which would be unfair to other students….
Well, let’s see what they update me with this time!
