Unis usually don't expect to see architecture work in portfolios. What does it say in the email you received?

Good Morning!

I would suggest contacting admissions who will be able to sign post you. Their contacts can be found through the following link: https://www.kingston.ac.uk/undergraduate/contact-us-undergraduate/. As you have said the deadline is soon, a phone call may be quicker. The numbers can be found from via the above link. Hope this helps!

Kind regards, Jenifer (Kingston rep)

a selection of your student work/professional work which also emphasises your potential within your specialist area
examples of preparatory creative work
a demonstration of both your technical and creative ability

doesn’t “potential within your specialist area” directly link to architecture related work? or maybe i’m overanalysing?

Hi @ismhungryforfood

Have you already submitted your portfolio?

The courses are looking for potential, you don't have to have all the skills now, as these are skills you are going to learn on the course.

I would also assume 'specialist' means architecture, but if you have got 3D models in there like you said then that sounds good as this is part of what you will be doing.

I will share with you some useful posts other reps have done about what to include in a portfolio:

I hope this is helpful and good luck!!
