For some context, I am currently 19M 74kg and have been going to the gym for roughly 18 months. I started at roughly 60kg and trained hard 3-4 times a week, but had lots of setbacks such as illnesses and exams etc that halted my progress. Over the last 2 ish months, I have taken bulking a lot more seriously (technically I have been trying to bulk for the full 18 months) and have gone from 63kg to 74kg using a combination of eating everything I can, using mass gainer and using creatine. I currently don't consider myself fat, and online estimates put me around 16% BF but I have no actual idea of what my BF% is. I aim to continue on my current path until roughly 80kg and see how I look. I am aware though, that I am going to have to cut at some point, as I want to have a physique similar to that of someone like Hussein FHT. It has occurred to me that my entire life has been about bulking, and I know next to nothing about cutting.
As far as I'm aware, I need to eat in a slight calorie deficit below maintenance, keep lifting hard and training until failure and keep my protein intake at 1g/lb of body weight. If I do this, I'm under the impression I will maintain (or gain) muscle - while losing fat, therefore making me leaner and leading towards visible abs and a snatched waist, while building bigger arms/lats/back/chest/legs etc.
Any advice?
