Hi guys, I’ve just managed to book my interview, wishing you all the best! I was just wondering if anyone here knows how the departmental allocations work? Are they based on our application (what we’ve studied or previous experience) or our interviews?

What dates did they offer for interviews? It says no slots for me

I booked one of the later ones when I got the email, I would check again if none were showing. There were a good 20 or so to chose from when I booked this afternoon (wasn’t showing yesterday)

it says interview 1 - slots are currently full. Is this normal or should I email someone? I first checked at about 2pm yesterday afternoon and have been looking since.

I managed to book a late slot towards the end of May after recieving another email that said "...some interview slots are available to book now, the remaining slots will be released in phases throughout May and June as we coordinate with GSR assessors from across government."

I wouldn't worry about it at all, just keep checking because I don't remember seeing any June slots when I booked which means there are quite a few more slots they haven't put out yet!

Hi guys, has anyone got any tips or advice in preparing for the interview? Not the presentation but more so about aligning with the CS behaviours and some of the more technical aspects. I read somewhere that some questions could be as specific of "tell me about a time you designed a study" etc

Would love to know more about this too. Some people should have had interviews already I think!

I believe they send out interview slots in batches, not sure what parameters they've set (could be every 2 weeks could be weekly).

They'll be interviewing through to June, so dont worry, you'll get a slot allocated. If not, id suggest contacting recruitment.

I had mine on the 12th, but that was the only slot showing when i checked.
