Physics at Oxford Advice

Hi! So I'm doing Maths, Further Maths, Physics and the Welsh Bacc (like EPQ) and I'm thinking of applying to Oxford. I got 14 A*s at GCSE and my predicted grades are 4 A*s so I'm not too worried about grades. I do have a few questions I could love if I could get some advice on
1. I am worried about the PAT as through research I have found that this is the most important stage of the application. Does anyone have any advice on how to be prepared for this? Should I be practicing past questions regularly and are there any websites you would recommend to help me with this?
2. Also I am genuinely scared of the workload and the expectations at Oxford. I want to enjoy myself and I don't want to burn myself out completely there and I'm worried that the pressure, imposter syndrome and all the negatives will make me hate going to uni and I don't want that to happen. Do you have any advice or experience you could share on the workload and pressure there?
3. Does anyone have any advice on supercurriculars. I'm pretty good at finding courses and programmes but I was wondering if there were any good books, documentaries or podcasts anyone has?
thank you so much

1.

There are plenty of past papers. Just finish up the PAT syllabus and then you can hopefully answer all of the questions. Did the PAT this year, and it was time pressured compared to most years, so it might help to do some other entrance test past papers like ENGAA or NSAA, which are more time pressured. (+ most people apply imperial asw so will have to do ESAT). Past papers here

Not there (yet  ), but from what I've heard, all of that is not as bad as you hear about on the internet. If you enjoy physics, it will probably be great.

This is great. You should probably spend way more time on PAT since oxford don't really care about personal statement (but other unis do, so don't pretend it doesn't exist!!)
