seneca has lots of vocab testing if you want to do that.
Listening: i use duolingo for my listening. i have progressed quite far so it's actually being effective right about now. it doesn't test me on the exact vocab, but it's helpful to teach me about how i can pick up what they say in the sentence.
Reading: past papers is the way to go here. seneca have a few i think.
Writing: watch videos (youtube and tiktok) explaining different tenses. only do the ones you have learnt as there are sooo many! practice constructing sentences with them in. revise structures, word order, and vocab such as with the reading.
Speaking: best way to do this is to find a friend to do it with. ask each other questions and let each other respond. critique it, be strict as this is the best way to improve!!
it depends what discipline your topic test is testing. look for past papers on the AQA website and filter through the questions if that makes sense.
NB: if you are year 10, the old spec papers for L/R/W are very similar. feel free to look at them as they test the same stuff
sorry this is a little confusing but good luck!
