Hi, Glasgow will have already seen your LNAT score, and still chosen to give you an offer. Universities get it 24 hours after you sit it. They won’t take back your offer, other parts of your application would have been really strong.

:frown: ❤️ from what i’ve been told from friends and also scrolling on here, the best thing we can do is just wait and see what the uni needs to change/update from our applications. we both tried our best though 💞💞

it feels better to have people in the same boat as me everyone on here seemed to have done really well
we gave it our best shot and as much as we want to go to our top choice maybe it’s a sign ❤️

Yeah i got 15/42 and sat my lnat is january but received a conditional offer for glasgow in december (my condition was satisfactory lnat score and 2 Bs) does this mean that my offer will get taken away or become invalid?

not sure, i’ve been thinking the same, but from what i’ve heard is that glasgow will already have ur lnat test after completing it. we can only wait and see what happens from there 🫶

hello! i actually scored lower (14/42) and i got an offer from bristol a few weeks ago. for what’s its worth, i think you still have a shot! no news is good news.
hold on what ??

You must be
1) a contextual offer
2) overseas student

That makes a Mockery of the Test really

Hi, I don’t think that makes a mockery of the test at all really. Everyone has different lives, and may face/have faced different challenges and drawbacks that could’ve affected their academic life so far.

So why make people do the test then ?

It’s a mockery

Hey did your offer state anything about 'satisfactory LNAT score' or are your conditions completely separate from LNAT? Trying to figure out whether a (possibly different) Uni would retract an offer 😢 well done on your offer!

There are 2 parts to the test; an essay is included, and the test is used to shortlist candidates with equal results; however, if an applicant far exceeds his peers with his application, whether it is his A-levels, Gcses, personal statement, etc., a test shouldn't restrict him to being auto-rejected.

Also, contextual / overseas doesnt do anything to reduce the LNAT criteria Uob requires
