Rejection from Manchester

I just got a rejection from Manchester for management but I've received an offer from Warwick 2 weeks ago. I'm confused because the entry requirement for Manchester was lower and I believe warwick is more highly regarded for business. The reason I got on ucas was just "We have carefully considered all aspects of your application, and assessed it in relation to other applications received. Regrettably, we are unable to make you an offer."
What could this say about my other application to ucl management?
All universities will be looking for slightly different things.

Warwick makes offers to most applicants but their offer conditions are higher so they can manage numbers by being pickier when results come through in August.

Its a numbers game. For all you know, Manchester was inundated with applications and Warwick wasn't. Don't take it personally. It's just one of those things.

Good luck!
