Lnat for ppl at kcl

Hiya. I was thinking all ppl applicants could share their lnat score so we could see what the average for applicants is. Does anyone know if the Cutoff score is the same for straight law vs ppl?

I got 26/42 so I’m thinking I’ll probably be rejected

I got 31/42 but was hoping for higher since barely meet the IB requirements.

By barely meet I suppose you mean that you just narrowly meet them but do still meet them? If so then I honestly think you’ll get in bcs Kings (from what I’ve understood) places a rly high value on the lnat and you have a rly good score. Also they tend to have lower requirements for lnat for international students so in that regard I think your score should probably get you in

idk maybe but I'm honestly kind of confused about their requirements since I know they sometimes let in applicants who don't meet the 38/45 requirement but do meet their HL requirement of 19. My HLs add up to 19 but my overall IB score is a 34 which is super low for kcl. however through the freedom of information stuff on "what do they know" it would seem they sometimes admit ppl to straight law at least with around a 33/34, so we'll see

Yes, what I meant was to have an indication of what the average lnat score was for kings applicants bcs i imagine it is much higher than the overall average for the lnat. Ofc I know that a few answer on tsr would not constitute an average but it could provide an indication, for me at the very least

I obviously don’t know your exact position, but don’t pick PPL if you want to do pure law… they’re both competitive but do the one you 100% want to do, because you’ll do better on the course you’re most interested in

Seems to be about the same tbh, both for admission rates (some previous years seem to suggest PPL is a tiny bit higher but that could depend on lots of things) and for LNAT. I always thought PPL would be very different requirements (different faculties looking at it, adapted PS, etc) but KCL seem to accept that at the end of the day it's a law degree. LNAT cutoff etc seems to be judged the same might even be done centrally with the rest of LLB, but obviously this is all speculation.
