linkedin work exp career aspiration changes

I am in year 12. Until a month ago, I wanted to be a graphic designer so I have a lot of programmes and certificates that relate directly to art and design (e.g. Uni of Bristol's Creative Industries Unlocked, Uni of Reading Scholars Art and Design strand, Leeds Futures creative arts, and like 4skills tv industries). However, I have recently decided that I want to do accounting instead. I have like one virtual insight event on accounting that I did ages ago but nothing else. My Linkedin is fully updated with all of the programmes that I have done.
Should I get rid of all of my art and design programmes, since they would be unrelated to a future in accounting? I am thinking about getting a degree in accounting so that my work isn't limited to art, because design is self-teachable and jobs don't require a degree in it, and then doing design maybe if i want to at that stage. Should I just get rid of everything or keep them? I'm really struggling to decide.
Also, if you have any accounting work experience or programmes, please do let me know! I'm trying to build up as strong of an experience base to ensure that I do pick the best career for myself. Thank you so much!

I'm not sure about your LinkedIn, but maybe you could remove the design programmes once you have done a few more accounting programmes as you would still have gained transferable skills from your previous experience.

For accounting programmes, lots of firms provide work experience, such as PwC, KMPG, Deloitte, EY, BDO and you could search up the top 30 accounting firms in the UK and then search each of their careers websites to see if they have suitable programmes for you.

Accounting firms also have programmes for first year university students, and internships for penultimate year uni students, so you could try researching them and their application processes in the holiday before starting uni as they open early and close quickly so it's good to get a head-start. You may also want to look into accounting firms' different business areas to see whether you'd want to work in audit, tax, advisory, consulting...
