UK National Insurance Number

Hello, I am Elija! I am from Lithuania. I wanted to find out what are the current rules to apply to study in UK? I don't have insurance number at the minute and no settled or pre-settled status. Not sure if I would even be eligible for that now. What would happen if I apply be accepted to university and then apply for SFE? Would I be eligible for Maintenance loan and Tuition Fee? How long do I need to be living in the UK to be eligible for Maintenance loan please?

I want to study Child Nursing or Midwifery

I hold a British Passport but I've not lived in UK for the past three yrs. Am I eligible for SFE??
