UCL Postgraduate Applicants 2025
Hi,
Has anyone who applied for a grad course at UCL got their offers yet? How long did it take from application to offer and do you have any indication of what the statuses mean (I.e. ‘under review’ and ‘being processed’)
For reference I’ve applied for the MSc in People, Prosperity and Planet, in the Bartlett school.

Hi, I applied for MSc in health psychology at beginning of January and just says documents are being assessed - but I'm keen to find out whether they will offer me a place or not??!

I got an offer yesterday for a PhD at IoE.

I got my offer on the 19th. I can’t believe there is a tuition fee deposit 😦. I’m gonna ask them to push that deadline back, as literally all the funding i’m applying for (with them) doesn’t close applications till at least may!

My status just changed to currently being processed by admissions. But I didn't get a qualification check. Does this mean it is unlikely that I will get an offer?

I applied to the MSc Business Analytics programme on 30 October and was invited to interview on 7 November, which I completed on 13 November. They requested further information on 25 November and made the offer (conditional) the following day.
I'm not sure about the meaning of the statuses. My application went directly from 'under review' to an offer, but I read that others got 'Being processed by admissions' before receiving an offer shortly after. So don't get discouraged if your experience is different to what you've heard.

Ive applied for Chemistry PhD and an Atomic Physics PhD; submitted my applications on the 22nd of January. Both are listed as being “under assessment”.

Mine says the same thing. I applied 8 January and still havent heard. Has anyone else heard back???

Hi. I've just received an offer today from UCL asking for a deposit early April but I have interviews at Cambridge at the end of April! Do you have any more info on this as I would like to see if I get any more offers before I make my decision. Thanks

Hey, so i applied for a scholarship at UCL and emailed them to ask if they could push back the deposit deadline and they did. For me they moved it to the 18th of July. Good luck at Cam! I actually have an offer for Cam too but just waiting on the funding there also.

Oh great! Congratulations on your offers! I've emailed admissions at UCL so I'm now feeling hopeful that they may do the same for me. Good luck with your funding too.

I applied for a MSc in Cancer, and I applied on 20th Feb, it took a while for my references to be completed. But on Monday I received an email saying I got in, but my application is still ‘under assessment’ on portal. I’ve checked the email and it is from someone at UCL. Has this happened before

I received a conditional offer and have submitted all the required documents.
Right now, my application has been closed (I can’t submit any more documents), but there is no status box below the application.
Should I contact the admissions team to ask about it?
