I have very similar stats to you and applied this year and have 3/4 interviews so far (still waiting on Keele). It shouldn't be an issue as long as you apply strategically. For example, you would score maximum academic points for Lancaster (if I remember correctly) and score very highly for liverpool. Just make sure you have decent predicted grades and UCAT score. Best of luck 🙂

I got 2700 B3. I would say the B3 restricted my choices, so try to aim for B1/2.

You definitely have options.
Some med schools are GCSE heavy (Belfast, Cardiff for example), and will score your GCSEs on your 9s,8s,7s and 6s. Don't apply to these.
They won't be high enough for Oxbridge.
Most med schools only need you to have had a 6/7 in english lan, the sciences and maths. So you'd be fine. A lot of these med schools however are UCAT dependent - so aim for a really high ucat to make up for your overall GCSE profile
