Would I be eligible for funding when I have an unfinished degree from years ago?
Hi,I started a degree at the University of Chester in 2010, part way through my second year I left University and then transferred my credits over to the OU, I completed a few more modules with them but I never completed my degree and it is currently in a bit of a 'dormant' status with the OU. My finance was originally with Student Finance England. I'm now wanting to study Accountancy and Finance with the OU starting later this year, I also now live in Wales. When I have checked on the Student Finance eligibility section it says you only get funding if you are doing your first higher education qualification. Will this mean I am unable to get funding even though I never actually completed my first degree? I'm worried about applying for the course without knowing if I'd be eligible for funding so any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks!
