Hi ya'll
How many ucas point do i need to get in to psychology in Harvard. I do A-level and their are bio chem and psychology and i am gonna apply for uni next year but i don't know how many ucas would i need to get into Harvard. Can anyone tell me how many points I need.

Hello.
This is predominantly a UK based site and so we don't tend to have the experience of US admissions - it's completely different.
I would recommend you look into Education USA advice from Fulbright and the US sutton trust programme.

UCAS is for UK universities only. US universities use either their own applications, or platforms like Common App.
They take your GCSE and A-levels grades from your school and convert them to the equivalent of US GPA. They also look at your grades in the context of your school, so if your grades are much higher than your school's average, this gives you some extra points.
Harvard is super competitive, so even if you have perfect grades across the board, there is no guarantee they will admit you as all applicants will have very strong grades. For international students, their acceptance rate is below 1%.
You also need to take SAT or ACT test - the average SAT score for those they admitted is above 1550 out of 1600 max.

Thank u so much for your reply and I am also preparing for SATs.
Btw is it true the more extra curricular activity the better my chances are getting into top uni.
