Hi, i do ocr AS Level english lit currently and i am finding it okay but my weakest test is currently the tempest. Any tips and resources to do well to be able to achieve a high grade?

Hey! I would recommend using LitCharts as they have summaries, character analysis, theme analysis, symbols, quotes, literally everything you need. Then I'd recommend doing some past papers about the play and watch videos on youtube on how to make an effective analysis essay in an exam and just practice, practice, practice.

SparkNotes also has something on The Tempest but most of the resources are paid.

Im pretty sure savemyexams also has an AS Level English Lit page but I'm not 100% sure, you'll have to check yourself.

For all other aspects of the course, YouTube is a life saver. It usually has analysis on any works and sometimes past paper videos as well as people who have taken the exam and know how to reach the top band.

Also, if you have any doubts, teachers are always there for you and will definitely help you if you need. They are the professionals after all!
