Unconditional Offer at University of Edinburgh

I recently received an unconditional offer to study at the University of Edinburgh for Computer Science. I received AAAAA for my Highers and am currently doing Advanced Higher Computing, Physics, and Maths in S6.

Would it be possible for me to stop school now with my offer as it is unconditional? I have emailed them to ask but have heard no response for weeks and I am getting desperate.

The main reason I am intent on leaving early is because of my extenuating circumstances (my mum has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and I’d like to spend more time with her) but I am worried that if I leave my offer will be taken away.

I would appreciate any advice/experience. Thank you

No, they cannot rescind your offer. You've met the grades which they require, and assuming you firm them, you're going to edi next year. Sorry about your mother btw, spend as much time as you can with her otherwise you'll regret it
