Insurance decision - Uni of Dundee or Uni of Lincoln

I’ve sent off my UCAS and recieved offers from all 5. I’ve narrowed my firm to be BA Philosophy at Uni of York but i’m struggling to pick my insurance.

Both Unis (dundee and lincoln) sent me offers of the same grade for BA philosophy.

I live in the west mids so neither are near by- but I feel like i’m going to struggle if I don’t go to the nearer one (lincoln).

However my sister is at Dundee - only the year above - so i would have a familiar face.

Please can someone honestly help me with what uni is better and there experience.

Uni Ranking:
dundee : 41st, student satisfaction 73%
lincoln: 42nd, student satisfaction 80%

Hi, I don't go to Lincoln uni but I live in the city, so I can give you a bit of context that may help. The uni generally doesn't have the best reputation around here, and it's common knowledge that it's running out of money. Lincoln itself is a nice city, kind of like a very small York, but it definitely has its rough patches, and as a young female I can honestly say I have felt more unsafe on my own in Lincoln at 10am than on my own in Glasgow at 10pm.
