English Lit: Power and Conflict

Hey, what is the best poems to revise for in Power and conflict.

Is this for GCSE English Literature? What exam board is this for.
The best ones to revise would be the ones that your specification requires you to know about.

Power & conflict is AQA I think

Thanks, the poems that you need to know for power and conflict should be in the AQA poetry anthology. Those would be the poems that you need to know (all of them, yes even tissue if you’re studying that poem for power and conflict).

i legit looked at tissue once, and thought... nope!

From what I’ve heard, it’s the hardest poem to analyse.

Yeah, the point of it is a chall for those aiming for grade 9 to compare other poems too. I don't think AQA have or will ever ask a question about it, but they will keep it open for the comparison questions. Not sure though, so don't trust me completely.

AQA can test you on any of the poems I think, but I’ve not seen it be tested since 2018 at least (2018-2024, it doesn’t look like tissue appeared).
