Mistake on fee status UCAS form

Hi My son has inadvertently been recognized as U.K. citizen on the application however he is a British citizen but has never lived in the UK . How do we rectify this please Do we write to the individual universities ? Who should we contact Thank you very much

Where do you live - and what address did he use on his UCAS application?

Srilanka
Put the Sri Lankan address but it has shown up as uk resident
We have now asked ucas to amend but hope it won’t affect the decision

His Unis will quickly realise that he isnt a UK 'resident' - Sri Lankan address and presumably Sr Lankan school - so will probably ask some questions or send him a 'fee questionnaire'. Don't worry, it wont impact any decision.
