Congratulations on your offers!

I would say that you best bet is to visit both places to compare. I would also check the contents of both courses to see whether the topics you may study are interersting for you. However, both are good universities so that you are covered in that regard.

In terms of the cost of living, both citites are close to each other so it does not vary substantially. I would say in terms of nightlife, Nottingham may be a bit better but this obviously my opinion and as for accommodation, most of the non-catered options available are rather close to either Jubilee Campus or University Park. In other words, the commuting times are minimal provided you hypothetically pick an accommodation which is near the campus where your course is delivered.
