Exeter University Accommodation

Hi! I'm going to Exeter Uni this September 2025 and looking for people with personal experiences.

Obvs I'm looking at accomodation on campus, top being East Park but looking around theres private accomodation not attached to the uni closer to the city centre whilst actually having better facilities for a better price e.g The PrintWorks

Can any one give advice etc? Is off campus suitable for a first year?

Thank you!

Most first years live on campus so I think it's easier to meet people and join societies etc.

Definitely go uni if you can, most private ones are 2nd years+

If you really don't like where you end up you can always move rooms

guys I need some advice... I am currently holding 2 rooms and I need to decide which one I want before 5pm tomorrow. I either opt for a studio room at Birks Grange or an en-suite at Cricket Field Court, which should I go for?!
