How to combat burnout in Y13?

Making this post for me and others like myself. What are your tips for coping with burnout in year 13 (or generally)?

I know the general advice is to take more time to relax and focus on yourself - but that can be really difficult in year 13 when you have the enormous workload of two years being squeezed into a few exams this summer, along with the pressure that comes with missing out on your offers, and the general leaving of school and friends. There's so much to do and not much time and I'm not sure how to manage it all effectively.

How are you all coping?

i dont think i can list out ways to help you, im in the same boat as you. just know that youre not alone, theres plenty of us feeling that way and we're all scared. take some time each day to focus on yourself. if these things are keeping your mind too busy, ask for help from your teachers/friends/family.

we've gotten past so many obstacles and we're still here, pushing through every day, despite all that happens to stop us. we've gotten through a lot and we'll make it past this, we can do it
