For AQA Psychology A-level, you don't need to memorize AO3 points (evaluation points) word for word. Instead, it's better to understand the key ideas behind each point so you can write them in your own words.
How to Summarize AO3 Points:

1.

Understand the Core Idea: Focus on the main argument or critique of the theory/study (e.g., strengths, weaknesses, ethical issues).

2.

Use Simple Language: Rephrase the idea using clear and concise language.

3.

Include Examples or Evidence: If relevant, mention key studies or examples that support or refute the AO3 point.

4.

Balance the Argument: Include both strengths and weaknesses where applicable.

Example:

Original AO3 Point: "This theory is deterministic because it suggests behavior is entirely shaped by external factors such as reinforcement schedules, ignoring free will and cognitive processes."

Summarized Version: "The theory is deterministic, focusing only on external factors like rewards and ignoring free will."
