Is this Nigerian girl flirting with me?

I 29M finished my studies and working for the same uni I studied in. Since I was used to the area I am staying at student accommodation with people mostly from south Asia and Nigeria. I am from India. I work 3 days from home and 2 days office and live in the terrace room as the view is nice. This Nigerian girl mostly stays in her room right next to the exit seems to come out and try to talk with me in really seductive dresses like really low cuts with nipples showing and ass crack hanging out booty shorts type.

She asks about my job and what I have been upto and look at me intensely.
She seems to have a bf who comes over once in a while so not sure what she is trying to achieve here.

Can someone with experience help if it’s just casual thing for Nigerians girls to do or is there something going on..? Am I overthinking?
