s4 choices-urgent help!!

This is my first post and I need help!
I am in S3 right now, and I am making my choices for S4. In S3, I took biology, chemistry, French, history, PE, and art (along with English and maths).

I am planning to take N5 English, maths, biology, chemistry, and history, and I have one more subject left to take. I know I'm dropping art and PE, so that leaves N5 French or crash N5 Modern.
I want to study criminology at university, so modern studies would help, but I could wait and crash them next year (in S5). French would also help in the future but not as much as modern, but I won't be able to crash them next year.

I wanted to know which subject people think would be better to take this year.

I'd take Modern Studies if I were you, it's more relevant to Criminology. Good luck!

I crashed n5 mods and it’s going so well. I’d definitely take it if I were you!
Just a heads up, start making flashcards now. My exam is in 2 months and there’s a LOT of content and memorising.
