KCL or UCL for International Relations

I have offers from both UCL and KCL for postgraduate International Relations (MSc Security Studies vs MA International Relations) and i dont know which to choose. This is because, King's arguably has a better standing in IR due to its War Studies Department, and is therefore more connected in the industry, but UCL probably has a better general reputation, and wouldn't limit my career prospects so much to just IR - so i have no idea what to choose in terms of employability prospects

So I think realistically you wouldn’t be limiting yourself with either. I relieved offers from both and chose kings because the UCL course was more science based and that didn’t suit me. It’s nice being in the war studies department because of the reputation, sure! But both universities are amazing and have their merits. UCL is a lot bigger so maybe there would be more opportunities there as well. I did a BA but happy to answer any questions
