gcse astar equivalency exam advice needed

My astar exam will be paper based and online. I paid for it extra to have paper based. It is sealed, that’s why I can’t open. I need real advice to get 4 at least.

How was it sealed? in what kind of security seal? I have mine in 2 weeks and want to see if i can buy a seal before the day to complete the test before i actually do if that makes sense. I neeeed to get at least a 4 and it’s stressing me out. How early did the test arrive, was like it like a day or two before?
