Sutton Trust Summer School

I want to apply for this since I want to study at HSPS at uni. I'm not sure whether to just apply for the HSPS course or apply for the Sociology and Philosophy course at Edinburgh instead since I don't study sociology at A-Level and want to expand my knowledge with that.

If you want more specific experience and an idea of what a HSPS course is like, definitely do the HSPS option, but sociology and philosophy might be better for the wider experiences and something to talk about in a HSPS interview to show a wider interest in the area. Personally I'd choose sociology and philosophy for the wider experiences and more varied things to learn unless I wasn't certain about doing HSPS.
