can you give tips for one to one interview at the assessment centre! I have one coming up for Technology role at another bank. I don't know what kind of research to do

Understand the job description, required skills, and relevant technologies. Stay updated on the bank’s news and industry trends. Prepare STAR examples to showcase your experiences and have insightful questions ready. Practice common questions about your motivations, skills alignment, and problem-solving abilities.

Thanks this is really helpful. They gave the behavioural questions before hand (Only 3 Qs). So I will prepare bullet point STAR answers for those, the rest of the questions they said will be motivational and programme specific. I don't know what to expect for the programme specific since its a DTS DA. How long was your interview? Since mine is 1 hour long, and only 3 behavioural questions I should expect atleast another 8-10 questions right

My interview was a little over an hour and it was a mixture of questions really. I don’t remember the actual number as I was just going along with the conversation and not really keeping count. Good luck
