Just the normal BA, hoping to specialise through the policy route- I recieved mine mid February

It honestly depends on what you want for your future career- Global Health route allows u to work in policy in the medical sector etc, but I know someone who did Lang and Lit at King's and got a similar role- I personally chose the social sciences route because I liked the political policy route and how broad it is to most subjects (Graduates work from consulting to Law with postgrad). With the SS one asw, theres an education policy route but I'm less leeaning towards that one. Global Health also seems more harder to enter for some because of the restriction of needing a science A-Level, suggesting its science heavy. Ultimately, King's does have a social science hub that has a taster lecture, day in the life, and you can also ask on unibuddy why they chose their course

i dont mean to like be disrespectful to kings or wutever but i have A*A*A like its an admit anyway why are they taking so damn long

You can apply with those grades and still get rejected btw (which has happened in previous years for this subject) but it's because the admin is really bad and a bunch of people nationally and internationally apply there

oh rly? i got into a course at ucl that had absolutely nothing to do with my essay so i thought they just look at grades. guess ill just keep waiting tho.

Nope! I know people that exceeded the grades last year that applied and got rejected- its actually mainly down to the personal statement and references- I applied for a law course with one grade below and still recieved an offer due to it

oh ok might just rescind the application cuz its my fifth choice i applied to management in all others

just get A*A*A and you'll be good. i got into normal social sci with A*A*A and applied to finance in all other unis but somehow got into kings social science
