PCET part time funding alongside PhD in Wales

Hello,
I’m a part time phd student. I am curious about the PCET (part time). I have two questions:

1) Does the PCET attract student finance funding in the same way the PGCE does?

2) If so, can I receive a student finance loan for PhD and student finance loan for PCET?
