My childcare grant is about to run out. When I've stopped using it, can I apply for government free funded childcare as I meet the working criteria?

Hi,
I mean the 15 hours for two year olds which I believe is the same system as 30 hours for older children.

Will it be okay if they slightly overlap or can you only use one followed by the other?
