I can't memorise any verses

So I'm doing Gcse Religious studies Judaism and Christianity.
I can remember basically everything else quite well but when it comes to quotes or verses from the bible ect I can't remember them at all.
This is quite a big problem as I need quotes for the larger questions ofc.
I have tried all sorts of methods like flashcards and that sort of stuff
I can spend forever memorising some quotes and then I move on to studying something else and I just forget all of them
I just need some tips on how to memorise quotes pls thanks!

Hey, I do Christianity and Islam. However, for Christianity there are so many short ones. Also do Theme B D E F

Please remember that it’s a reference to scripture, so as long as you understand the meaning and concept behind the quotes and link it to relevant content you still get awarded marks. Also, different examiners will mark each question, so you can repeat the same ones.

Try exposure technique, it may sound crazy but stick post it notes with quotes on to places you are consistently exposed to. It will stick eventually.

Here are some of my favourites:
“love thy neighbour” - Theme B and D
“blessed are the peacemakers” - Theme D
parable of the sheep and goats - Theme B
“do not kill” - Theme B
“go and make disciples of all nations” - Evangelism (Christianity)
“rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the air” - Theme B
