Payments Blocked SFE

Hi,
Few days ago I logged into my account to Sudent Finance, and I’ve seen that my payments are blocked without getting any notification or emails about that, so I tried to contact Student Finance and they’ve told me my application is currently managed by Investigatios team , so they gave me a phone number so I can call them, so I did. I called them three times in different days, and they are just telling me that I will receive an email about that , but they don’t have a scale time . I’m confused , as I suppose to get the payment in few days , and the money could really help me as I’m a single mother ..

Hi there,

We are unable to access accounts and can only provide general information. Have you still not received the email from the investigations team or did they advise what evidence you should send them?

Nope , still have no answer from them .
