Paying uni for withdrawing

Since the start of the 24/25 year I’ve been suspended. I was due to re enrol on 17/2/2025 but didn’t because I didn’t want to continue.

Do you think I’d have to pay my tuition fees in whole , even if I wasn’t enrolled on course and haven't attended any lesson?

My SFE letter/application also says I am suspended.

I withdrew from uni in December and only had to pay for the time I actually attended, so you probably won't need to pay but I'd email the school or ask sfe.

If you're not planning to re-enrol, it would be courteous of you to notify the university of that.

If you haven't enrolled, and haven't attended, I can't see any grounds for the university to charge you. But this may depend on what your agreement with the university says.

If you've completed at least one year of study, and have no plans to return to the course in the future, you could ask the university whether you're eligible for an exit award.
If you have withdrawn temporarily, (rather than a permanent withdrawal), then you usually wouldn't be liable for fees until you re-enrol.
