Need help with integration question

I've managed to get part A but I don't know how to solve part b. I've tried looking at the mark scheme but still don't understand. I've attached the question and answer below. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think volumes o revolution are now in further maths.

I only do A-level edexcel maths, would this be a question out of the spec? It was under one of the integration work sheets on pmt

I presume its an old sheet so yes its now out of spec See 5.1 in
