IGCSE registration question URGENT

I am giving my IGCSE exams this year and im enrolled in a school from where i completed my registration for 5 subjects. I had a problem and couldn’t complete my registration for maths and i cannot get that done from school. Is it possible to register with another school as a private candidate and have only my maths exam in a different centre or would that be a problem in any way giving some exams registered through a different school and one exam registered through another? Different centres.

You can absolutely take four IGCSEs through your school and then Maths privately at a different exam centre.

Is the exam board Cambridge International or Edexcel International?
Will you be sitting the exams at a UK or international exam centre?

Unfortunately, the deadline for registering your entry with Cambridge International has now passed (it was yesterday), so you'll be subject to the late entry fee if that's your exam board (source for UK centres / source for international centres). For Edexcel International the entry deadline before late fees are charged is 21 March 2025 (source for UK centres / source for international centres).

Note that it's your exam centre which will register you with the exam board - so the above deadlines are what they are subject to. They may have their own (earlier) deadlines before late fees become due.

For further information see Private candidates (Cambridge International) or Private Candidates (Edexcel International).
