Oh could be the case. I would still wait until the following week though.
Also, I'm not sure if you are explicitly notified if you are on the reserve list. Would be great if someone could clarify this.

About the reserve list, I think they select one candidate and one reserve for each position. First, they communicate the results with the successful candidate and ask him/her to make decision within a given period. Once, the successful candidate make the decision (Accept or Decline the Offer), they will notify the reserve about the corresponding outcome.

Hi, has anyone received any acceptance news for UCL EPSRC today? I saw that some applicants received offers for Cambridge EPSRC either today or yesterday.

No, based on last year's process, you might need to wait until June for the results of the reserved list. They will send notifications later, either as unsuccessful or successful. They won’t send results immediately just because you are reserved. Some applicants received their acceptance at the end of June last year! It seems that those marked as reserved were notified later, but all successful applicants should receive their results this week or next week—hopefully this week, as it's early April!
