Logging in to reading applicant portal

Trying to log in to Reading uni and it says the password is your date of birth, how is that expressed in writing? Is it 01/01/2006 for example or 010106, it’s not clear in the email?

Good evening,

I hope the post above has answered your questions.

We currently have a thread for 2025 applicants, where new students can find and talk to each other. Similarly, the student ambassadors have posted key tips for joining the university. This might be of interest to you as you are an applicant.

When I was applying to the university, I found it very helpful to attend an Open Day; however, for students who live far away or do not have access to an Open Day, there is a Virtual Tour, which prospective students can look at from their homes. I highly recommend you have a look at the Virtual Tour; it provides an insight to the campus.

If you have any questions, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.

All the best,
Ella
BSc Ecology.
